1. All merchandise is of the highest quality and is guaranteed. All claims to defects or shortages must be made within five days of receipt of goods.

2. Backorders will remain in effect unless cancelled by customer.

3. All authorized returns will be credited to the customer’s account. No cash refunds or exchanges. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued prior to return.

4. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
